Well, it is an excellent kit, but there ARE other excellent kits out there. Who else is nominated?

Edit: looked it up and answered my own question. Hmm. Quite a varied lot. And pretty hard to judge, I'd have thought.

Well, best wishes and luck!

Best Historical Miniature Figure/Line
Fife & Drum: Revolutionary War -– Fife & Drum
Highlander Force – North Star Military Figures
Fate of a Nation: Arab Israeli Wars – Battlefront Miniatures
Red Army: 28mm Russian Infantry – Wargames Factory
Devil Dogs and Dragons – Empress Miniatures

If Battlefront wins, there is a problem. The Highlanders are very nice sculpts, and the Fife & Drum AWI figures have great flavor. Both are better than the Battlefront offerings. The best of all is probably Empress, though it is hard to realize how great the faces end up once painted due to the odd looks they have as bare metal. That said, I like the Russians. They're very good, very cheap, and very necessary.

Congratulations Lonnie and to all at Wargames Factory! Good luck with the nominations, though from what I've seen, the set is already a winner!
