*shrug* hell the forum (both this and the prior one) been pretty much dead for years, especially regarding ideas for future products....maybe I'm looking back with rose tinted glasses but it was a busy place when the shock troops were in development. :(

Ah, well.

That is something that has never been produced, battledroids. I'd love a platoon or two of battledroids to act as assault troops or security in near future games......closest I've got is the old steel warrior set with replacement arms from the eisenkern's.

That's the reason I didn't call the topic high tech sci-fi powered armour, since for me thats the the heavy types that I also wish somebody would make in plastic, I'm talking about the mass effect style armour which is obviously powered to aid movement, but doesn't give you the ability to carry around heavy artillery as a personal weapon.

I kinda wanted to see your ppower frame idea take off.

personally the mass effect armor styles are really really dull, theres not much visually distinctive about them to set them apart

Halo spartan armour would fall in a similar light powered armour role.

This ones pushing more into the heavy powered armour role.
