Agree about the feet. The head is one of my favorite design elements. Could be a human pilot or Drone (android). That particular head could be the drone variant. there could easily be a different head part to create a "Terminator Space Marine" type head

OK. Time for another bump, this time after I just spent a couple of hours bludgeoning my way through the old Lefora WF forum digging up surviving images...

It seems there is still a void out there in 28mm sci-fi figures that my proposal was aimed squarely at filling, and despite the fact that it broke two hundred percent (200%!!!) before the change in leadership at WF, the lack of any action on this proposal continues to amaze and astound me to say the very least! :?

I think that it is out of fear that anymore Alien Sun products would compete with the more premium Dream forge products, most of which look a lot like what you and badger keep posting pics of for your space opera ideas (except for the Helmets of course). ;)

Actually Leland there already is a fairly inexpensive set of power suites out there (with no skulls and no Teutonic pride) that has been around for years and have even swapped ownership few time over the years, they are static poses and not as good as something WGF could do (particularly in the customization area) so the detail oriented might not care for them as much, but they do fill the roll they were made for well enough and they probably would work well with the shocktroopers. But I don't want Paul to be offend anymore than I already have so that is all I am telling you here on this forum. :P

On a slightly different note, I have actually read a fairly good/okay novel series once about a power armor trooper who got stuck in cryo sleep for years with the debriefing tape rerunning the whole time, so when the guy finally woke up he had mental maturity and combat experience of a forty year old (with all PTSD that entails), oh and he developed psychic bond with the swet eating alien that had been planted in his suit. Unfortunately it had an incredibly generic name like "the last imperial knight" or something like that.
